How to use the report utility ?

A utility to view and save the iCycler base unit reports
on your PC is available on the Installation CD-ROM. 
You must first create a new folder, copy the files fom the 
CD-ROM to the folder and then run the utility.

1. Use the Windows Explorer to create a new folder on the C: drive.  
   Name the folder \report utility

2. Open the CD-ROM directory \base unit\report utility 
   and copy the file RPTUPLD.EXE to the folder \report utility

3. Close any other application that could already have taken 
   control of the iCycler base unit. 
   (ICYCLER.EXE software or UPGRADE.EXE utility)

4. From the Explorer, open the \report utility folder and double 
   click on RPTUPLD.EXE. The utility will open.
  
5. Depending on what you want to load, select either validation 
   or run report in report type.

6. Click in the left part of the screen to select the report to
   display. The corresponding report is displayed in the right 
   part of the screen.

7. To save this report, click on the SAVE TO FILE button.
   Enter a valid file name in FILE NAME followed by .TXT
   For instance type: REPORT1.TXT

8. Click on the SAVE button. Files are saved in plain text format 
   and can be easily reopened and printed using a word processor 
   such as Wordpad or Word.
