run spss1.reg and 'yes' in the dialog box
run spss2.reg and 'yes' in the dialog box
copy dregedit.dat in "c:\program files\spss" and replace
Copy expoff.bat into "c:\program files\spss" and run

*note this is just an adapted version of the SPSS11 Crack that already existed so credit to them, not me.  I just bastardised it!
