Terms of Use for SplitsTree3.1

Previous versions of SplitsTree (versions 1 and 2)
are shareware programs. SplitsTree version 3 is free,
but please acknowledge use of this program (e.g. by citing
my paper:
Huson, D.H. (1998) SplitsTree: A Program for Analyzing and Visualizing
Evolutionary Data, Bioinformatics, 14(10):68-73.)

This release of SplitsTree3 has a number of shortcomings.
I haven't figured out yet how to implement copy and paste
between SplitsTree and other programs. This is a nice
feature of Mac version of SplitsTree2. Also,
I guess printing would be useful. (At this stage
you can only save the picture to a PS file and then
print that.)

This software is not for sale and you are not allowed to sell
it in any form (e.g. as part of a collection of free
software), without explicit permission.

This software is provided "as is" without express or
implied warranty.
