GUI version of SplitsTree for Windows (29.7.98)

Due to popular demand, I've finally produced a Windows95 version 
of SplitsTree3, using TCL-TK. (If you're using any form of Windows,
then do yourself a favor and switch to Linux ;-)

Please let me know if you encounter any problems.
