So make sure you sync your device and copy all your data (music, video, ...) to PC first ================================== >> FLASHING INSTRUCTIONS << ================================== Read the included WordDocument for detailed flashing instructions. After flashing has finished you have to perform a HardReset: (Remove cable, hold "blue button" and turn device on. Answer "Yes" to the "Master Reset" question) HardReset can take up to 5 minutes. So just be patient. !!! BE SURE YOUR HANDSET IS FULLY CHARGED WHEN PERFORMING HARDRESET !!! otherwise you may get problems with very short battery life. ================================== >> KNOWN BUGS << ================================== If the Moto is not starting up (wait at least 5 minutes) then you have to remove the battery for a short amount of time and try again. Worset thing I've seen was to do this 5 times... But this happens very rarely. Notes: Bootlogo changed to standard "Hello Moto", includes all languages by default. ONLY if you have problems with dropping GPRS connections you have to apply the seperate GSM-FIX.
