I included two ActiveX (OCX) here with this ZIP file as 3DLabel.OC_ and MMButton.OC_

Rename those OCXs to 3DLabel.OCX and MMButton.OCX, copy them to your WinSys path
and register them (RegSvr32 <filename>) from Command Prompt before you satrt using
the code.
