If you like to see TrayIt! in your own language please follow the instruction below: 1. Unzip TrayIt! as usual 2. Go to the ‘lang’ subdirectory 3. Copy the ‘[English]’ directory to the name corresponding to the language (i.e. if you like to translate to German rename the copy to ‘German’) 5. Run TrayIt! as usual, go to File\Select Language menu. You should now see directory you created in the drop-down menu. Select it. 6. Go to the directory you created and edit lang.txt file. You will need to change the text following the tab (the part that starts with a number in parenthesis). The left part is the original text that is used as a key. The numbers are there just to simplify finding the proper string in a file – just remove it after translation is completed. 7. You don’t need to restart TrayIt! To see changes you made, just go to the step 5 to reload the language file. 8. Please don’t forget to put your name in the ‘Translated to …’ text, it will appear in the ‘About’ box 9. You can also change/create the help file, it is just a plain .index.html file in the corresponding language directory. Zip the new directory and e-mail it to igornys@writeme.com. Please don't forget to put 'TrayIt! localization' in the subject line. I will be happy to include your file with the next version.
